Installing a dropped kerb can make a huge improvement in accessibility for your property, as well as helping to ensure people do not park in front of your driveway. A dropped kerb allows vehicles to cross the pavement from the road to a driveway and it is also a legal requirement if you want to drive across the pavement onto your property.
You can either apply to your local council for permission for a dropped kerb outside your property or we can apply to your local authority on your behalf.
To do this, we cut out the damaged area with machine cutters and remove all of the debris. The pot holes are then patched up with a heavy duty coarse tarmacadam and then sealed to help keep water away from seeping in to the edges.
